Caller and Alex Jones discuss Income TaxAt [2:44 - 2:58] Jones says that he is always for tax cuts, and that he is for tax incentives. He also says that he is for cutting the IRS, and that he is for getting rid of the Income Tax.At [4:12 - 4:20] "Yes we built the nation without the income tax, and we want 10% growth rates again, we should get rid of it. Yes, yes, yes, I agree with you."He then proceeds to berate the caller by saying: "we talk about it all the time, that's why I don't know what show your listening too."[4:31 - 4:36] "And I'm telling you their criminals, yes it's an illegitimate tax, yes it wasn't ratified"My Question is this: I wonder what show I'm listening too? Jones said he is for cutting the IRS, he said we should get rid of it. He said that it's an illegitimate tax, and that it wasn't ratified. If he truly believes all of this, why would he accept money from, and promote Tax Settlement Sponsors on his broadcast. Does he really believe what he says, if so why do his actions not match his words?Again, I'm a big fan of Alex Jones' genius, yet at the same time, I'm an even bigger foe of stupidity, doublethink, and hypocrisy.I'm not even saying that Jones should not pay taxes, nor am I saying that he should advocate that people stop paying taxes. What I am saying is this, accepting money from tax settlement sponsors, is akin to helping the corrupt institution with their collection process. It's a sellout move, and I can see it becoming very very unpopular in the future. Even Celente says that tax protests are on the rise, maybe AJ should take a page from his book, recognize the future trends and do the popular thing for his audience.
